8/1 for a Shane Williams double against Ireland

There's been a fair bit of excitement already this week but with the RBS 6 Nations reaching its penultimate weekend, here's a few things to watch out for... and it's not Casualty or Dancing on Ice...

The Bet Detective Treble

Wales to beat Ireland with a four point advantage @ 10/11: A close one to call and could go either way, but Wales' defence was sublime against England at Twickers so they know how to win away.
England to beat Scotland by more than 9 points @ 10/11: Even with all the muscle in the world, Scottish pride won't be strong enough to stop England's waggon rolling out of Edinburgh with a victory.
France to beat Italy by more than 20 points @ 10/11: Wales showed that with a little flair, tries come very easily, and that's France's forte.

Stick a tenner on with Coral and you'll be walking out with a £69.68 profit

Watch out for a couple of Coral specials: Tom Croft to score England's 1st Try @ 20/1 and Shane Williams to score 2 tries or more against Ireland @ 8/1

Six things you might see this weekend

Danny Cipriani scoring 20+ points against Harlequins
Jonny WIlkinson breaking the world record for the most amount of points
Shane WIlliams breaking Wales' try scoring record
Vincent Clerc coming off the bench and running in five tries
The Super 14 failing to produce the same amount of drama as the RBS 6 Nations
Record amounts of Guinness drunk after Ireland beat Wales

Six things you won't see this weekend

Danny Cipriani out on the lash on Saturday night
Scotland's players wearing loosely fitted shirts
Warren Gatland buying a round for his former employees
Yann David forgetting to take off his bib before he runs onto the field
Stuart Barnes praising Brian Ashton for his treatment of Danny Cipriani
Hotels in Paris, Edinburgh and Dublin offering free beds for the night

Will Jonny Wilkinson get through the weekend unscathed?

Six things you won't see this weekend...

Every referee receiving glowing praise after making 100% correct decisions in the Super 14 with the ELVs.
Leeds Carnegie winning at Sale by more than 30 points scoring 7 tries
Brian Ashton sleeping well on Friday night
None of England's players maintaining a full bill of health after appearing in the Guinness Premiership
Matt Henjak getting a standing ovation as he leaves the field

Six things you might see this weekend...

The ELVs being criticised by every losing coach in the Super 14
Phil Vickery walking off with a muscle strain after 15 minutes
Jonny Wilkinson breaking a meta tarsal
Matt Henjak playing his last game for the Western Force
James Hook seen playing darts with an image Warren Gatland's face pinned on the board
Eddie O'Sullivan attempting to convince all comers that Ireland can win the RBS 6 Nations.

Three-Way-Handicap with Paddy Power

Bath to beat Wasps by more than 5 points @ 10/11: Bath are unbeaten in 13 matches at home while Wasps have only won once from their last twelve trips on the road.
Hurricanes to beat Waratahs by more than 4 points @ 10/11: The Waratahs are tipped to struggle this season while Wellington's Hurricanes are believed to be closer to the top...
Ulster to beat Dragons by more than 9 points @ 10/11: Matt Williams is the most successful Magners League coach of all time and it's unlikely that the travel-sick Dragons could upset his Belfast debut.

Two games in one weekend... Easy stuff!

For those of you who doubted that the greatest team in the whole wide world would lose at Gloucester, then more fool you! Blessed be Ayoola Erinle and Fabio Ongaro for ensuring I at least came in with a positive ratio this weekend, and congratulations for all of those who enjoyed an extra round or two on Sunday evening...

I correctly advised you to back

Leicester Tigers to beat Gloucester by more than 3 points

The Tigers marched into Kingsholm and became the first side to win their in 22 fixtures... since Agen in the Heineken Cup - And they aren't even in the Top 14 any more so it's a long time ago...

Saracens to beat Worcester by more than 10 points

It was always going to be a close one, especially with Worcester's recent upsurge in form, but the results continue to go against them, despite last week's first victory of the season, leaving Saracens carrying on in the same rich vein that has served them so well this season.

Sale v Wasps was called off due to a frozen pitch... And no they weren't playing in the Artic Circle

Plucking up some courage before telling her he bet on France by 10 points....

Why can't any side play for more than 40 minutes? If England and France hadn't kicked back avec 'une cigarette et petit cafe' then we would've been able to enjoy a double-header this weekend... That's Saturday and Sunday night on the pop in my language, but unfortunately those who didn't punt on the Guinness Premiership were out of pocket... Better luck next time eh?!

I correctly advised you to back:

Wales to beat Scotland by more than 10 points @ 10/11

Scotland were embarrassing and played right into Welsh hands, but we must thank the video referee for ensuring a positive start to the weekend - shame it didn't last. Although I did hear the referee, Mr. Lawrence punted with me this weekend.

I incorrectly advised you to back:

France to beat Ireland by more than 14 points @ 10/11

We were set for a full-house on Saturday 5pm. Vincent Clerc weaving his magic down the Irish line, but I wasn't thanking my ancestors come 6pm after capitulating as quickly as my chequebook.

England to beat Italy by more than 13 points @ 10/11

Just when I thought the weekend couldn't get any worse, it did! The result didn't matter after those frenchies kissed goodbye to my undying loyalty on Saturday night, but the performance?! You see better in a West End musical...

Martin Corry: England's loss is Leicester's gain

Leicester to beat Gloucester more than 3 points (10/11)

The top two meet in a titanic battle at Kingsholm, and the leaders have to be favourites when taking into account their 17-30 win at Welford Road earlier in the season, and their unbeaten home record this season but the Tigers haven't been hit as hard by international call-ups and will be hungry to regain their tag as England's finest. Leicester by a whisker.

Sale to beat Wasps (10/11)

The bookies have found it hard to split the two, as is often difficult to do during international period. But Sale have the form and beat Wasps 16-0 when they met earlier in the season with players away with their countries. The Sharks take glory in High Wycombe.

Saracens to beat Worcester by more than 10 points (10/11)

The Warriors picked up their first win of the season against Bristol in the last round of fixtures, but with Saracens hardly touched by international call-ups and pushing at the top of the table, they shouldn’t struggle to overhaul the 10-point deficit.

Coral Treble: With a £10 stake, you could be laughing with a £69.68 return.
