Fortunately not this year's side...

The Scarlets will play the Barbarians to mark the official opening of their new home, Parc y Scarlets, on 31st January.

The Welsh region move to the  state of the art 15,000 capacity stadium in mid-November with European champions, Munster, the first visitors on the 28th November.

Luke Fitgerald: 'I tried out for Westlife once'

Geez-us, luck of the eye-rish eh?

They've sure got a lot of bottle...

Nah, it's stout - ya know - Guinness, Murphy's and that cheap excuse for a cider...

Magners!

Dat's d'won...

Two sides left with 100% records - shaping up nicely for next weekend?

Munster overturned a 10-point deficit and took full advantage of Robin Sowden-Taylor's sin-binning with Paul O'Connell, Niall Ronan and Justin Melck all going over.

They were all singing Ice-Ice-Baby at RDS on Friday night?

Big shapes with new-found hero Isa Nacewa and Felipe Contepomi sharing 14 points and another try for in-form winger Luke Fitzgerald.

And the valley-boyos didn't have a great weekend?

The Scarlets must've eaten a whole truck-load of deep fried mars bars for breakfast as wing Mark Robertson ran rings around them for two of Edinburgh's four tries.

And what about the other warriors in kilts?

Glasgow kickers Dan Parks and Colin Gregor evidently packed their underwear rather than their boots with full-back Fionn Carr scoring the all-important match-winning try to creap Connacht off the bottom of the table.

So who's now pulling up the rear?

The Dragons grabbed their first win on Irish soil in 18 attempts - notably since their last triumph at Ravenhill -  Ashley Smith's try coupled with James Arlidge's unshaken boot which reaped a critical 11-points, condemned the Ulstermen to the foot of the table.

Results

Connacht 15-8 Glasgow
Edinburgh 32-12 Scarlets
Leinster 19-13 Ospreys
Ulster 14-16 Dragons
Munster 28-20 Blues

David Lyons (Scarlets): 'Someone's nicked my pockets...'

So what is it now, week four?

Lucky number three actually...

It must be the facial hair, i've been roped into a charity gimmick...

How are you getting on?

Nearly £300... more than the Bet Detective's won anyway...

He'll come good this weekend's. I've given him a hand...

Best crack on them...

Leinster host the Ospreys, who are without Shane Williams and Jamie Nutbrown. The Dubliners have lost just once in 27 at fortress RDS and they have a strong record against the Ospreys, winning four of their last five meetings.

Don't fancy their chances then - so what about the other unbeaten two?

The Scarlets record suggests a trip north doesn't bode well but if they've got realistic title ambitions then they must make it four from four in Edinburgh, who have stuttered to back-to-back defeats so far. Munster shouldn't have any worries despite the Blues' impressive record against the Irish giants, winning on their last two visits to Cork.

What about Ulster and Connacht's chances?

Connacht entertain Glasgow, who are unbeaten in four on the road and Dan Parks can't play as badly as he did last week.. Ulster haven't lost four in a row in Belfast since the 2004/5 season while the Dragons haven't won on the road since January.

And your predictions..

Leinster v Ospreys: Champions edge it...
Munster v Blues: Reds prove devils...
Connacht v Glasgow: Happy travels...
Ulster v Dragons: Bad weekend for the Welsh...
Edinburgh v Scarlets: Happy trip to the capital

Morgan Stoddart: 'Is this the best Getty have got?'

Blues 16-15 Ulster

Warriors 18-21 Ospreys
Leinster 52-6 Edinburgh
Scarlets 45-3 Connacht
Munster 50-6 Dragons

Strewth, that's a hell of a lot of points?

These ELVs really look like they're doing the trick in the Celtic league...

And Cardiff looked pretty in pink too...

Lending their support to Cancer Research Wales, they could've been blamed for showing too much generosity and owed their victory to some poor kicking and for once some bad Irish luck. Ulster's pack was immense but lacked any structure in the second-half and the Blues capitalised with a try from Leigh Halfpenny and Ben Blair's steady boot.

It's the other two Welsh regions setting the pace...

The Ospreys and the Scarlets remain unbeaten. Dan Parks had one of those nights to forget - missing four penalties and a conversion - despite breaking David Humphreys all-time Magners League points record. The Scarlets ran riot in the last league match at Stradey Park, running in seven tries, with Morgan Stoddart in scintillating form and Stephen Jones notching up his 36th point of a bruising week that saw three wins in nine days.

What about the Irish trophy twins?

Leinster and Munster both passed the half-century mark with a couple of exciting Irish backs bagging hat-tricks. Luke Fitgerald stole Felipe Contepomi's (22 points) thunder while Keith Earls overshadowed a flawless display from Paul Warwick (25 points).

Can the Scarlets maintain their early season form?

They'd be our outside bet, especially with all the feel-good-factor surrounding the new stadium.

Dan Parks: 'Who told you most of my points are from tries?'

Hi ho hi ho it's off to Wales we go...

And Scotland and Ireland...

Not unless Caerphilly is now an Orkney Isle?

I meant the Magners League...

Get on with it then...

Leinster kick-off the weekend against Edinburgh with the home advantage accounting for the last four victories and Girvan Dempsey's back so shouldn't change there.

Glasgow are on a decent run...

They've won six on the bounce and haven't lost at Firhill since January, so with Dan Parks three shy of David Humphreys all-time league points record, an under strength Ospreys XV won't cause too much of a problem.

What about the European champions?

Only Cardiff (twice) have won in Cork since 2003, so Jamie Ringer's 100th Dragons appearance will be the only thing worth celebrating for the Welsh boys.

Last Magners League game at Stradey Park isn't it?

The Scarlets have lost their last three at home but Connacht haven't won back-to-back away games since 2004/5 and the red machine are in good nick having won two from two so far.

Ok so where's you money then?

Friday
Blues v Ulster: Capital gains for Cardiff
Warriors v Ospreys: Parks kicks for glory
Leinster v Edinburgh: Home comforts help

Saturday
Scarlets v Connacht: Scarlets top of the pops

Sunday
Munster v Dragons: Monster munch
